PARKING

Free parking is available to all event participants in parking decks Red/Silver/Orange and lots Yellow/Blue. Please print this parking pass for free parking or you will be charged $10 at each location.

 

EVENT SCHEDULE

  • 5:00 a.m. - Parking Lot Opens
  • 5:45 a.m. - Number Pickup Opens (on International Plaza)
  • 7:15 a.m. - 5K Start (Start Waves Continues Every 5 Minutes)
  • 7:30 a.m. - Dash Number Pickup Opens (On The Field)
  • 7:40 a.m. - Last 5K Start Wave
  • 7:45 a.m. - 5K Start Line Closes
  • 7:50 a.m. - Mile Start
  • 7:55 a.m. - Mile Start Line Closes
  • 8:15 a.m. - Dash Start (On The Field)
  • 9:00 a.m. - Finish Line Closes
STEPS TO FOLLOW UPON ARRIVAL AT EVENT
  1. Pick up your race number in International Plaza (Dash ONLY will pick up on the field)
  2. Report to the start line no more than 5 minutes before your designated start time
 
MILE
Mile participants will pick up their bibs at International Plaza at least 30 minutes prior to the Mile start time of 7:50 a.m.  Upon completion of the Mile, children ages 14 and under will be escorted into the Child Pickup Area immediately after the finish line on runner right. The Child Pickup Area is a "safety zone," where staff and volunteers will keep the children while parents/guardians make their way from the start at International Plaza to the finish line.  Parents/guardians should enter the stadium through Gate 2, and make their way to the finish line area to pick up their child.
DASH
Dash participants will pick up their bibs and run the race on the field. Race number pickup will open at 7:30 a.m. and the Dash starts at 8:15 a.m.  Participants and families shall enter the stadium through Gate 2 and make their way past the finish line to the Dash staging area.  Look for the feather banners adjacent to the 5K/Mile finish chute that mark the Dash.  Pick up your child's race number in that area and then hop in line for the Dash.
 
COURSE & SAFETY
The course time limit for the Mercedes-Benz Stadium 5K/Walk Like MADD is one hour and 15 minutes (25 min/mile).  Strollers are permitted at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium 5K/Like Like MADD. COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

Based on the guidelines released by the CDC, Atlanta Track Club has adopted specific policies to ensure the safety of all participants, volunteers, and staff. Atlanta Track Club reserves the right to ask anyone in attendance to leave the venue should they not comply.

  • Attendees who have received the COVID-19 vaccination will not be required to wear a mask.
  • Attendees who are not vaccinated are requested to wear a mask while not running or walking.
  • All participants to bring their own hydration on the course.
  • Attendees are requested to maintain social distancing throughout the duration of the event.

With the recent rise in cases due to the Delta variant, we ask all attendees to consider taking additional steps to ensure their safety and the safety of those around them. This includes but is not limited to wearing a mask regardless of vaccination status and practicing social distancing. Out of an abundance of caution, Atlanta Track Club staff will wear masks during this event.

 
VOLUNTEER WITH US
Volunteers are the heart and sole of Atlanta Track Club. Every year Atlanta Track Club relies on more than 8,000 volunteers to put on our 30+ events. We also rely on our volunteers for numerous projects at the Atlanta Track Club office and warehouse. Without the support of Atlanta Track Club volunteer corps, our organization would not be able to put on some of the most successful running events in the US.
